"I had to take a moment and tell you how awesome I think your food is. We have 3 elderly pets-2 dogs and a cat that had been getting lethargic and dull. "Months ago, when I found Blue dog food, my 16 year old Doberman was not doing well. She had many tumors, no energy, dull coat, mouth problems, etc. I began feeding her Blue canned food in the Salmon and Sweet Potato blend and she loved it!! Because of her health issues she would hardly eat before that, and other canned dog foods didn't contain the things I felt she needed. "I just wanted to email and tell you how excited I am about your puppy large breed food. For the last few weeks I have been doing research on dog food and finding out some things that were disturbing. Like what actually goes in dog food. and especially the fact that all the brands that I thought were the "better brands" were actually just as bad as the brands I knew were lower quality. "I have to tell you that my cat, Pickles, is an older very particular kitty. It has always taken me quite a while to break him into a new food and I would only do that when forced to. So, when all of this stuff happened with the wheat gluten in cat food, based on a recommendation of a friend, I bought him the Blue Buffalo and he immediately chowed down: no smelling and walking away, or being stubborn and waiting for me to put something else down for him. Actually, this is the first time since I have had him (1995) that I have had to measure out his daily portions, to make sure he doesn't eat more than he should!"

"I bought a bag of your formula for indoor cats. I have 2 tabby's (Mischief and Tommy), and a calico named Patches. I thought your dog and cat food was expensive, but I had a coupon and decided to try a bag. With three cats food goes pretty quickly. Since the recalls on other dog foods and such, I have become concerned about my cats and my dog Molly (she is now on your food for dogs). I am not worrying over the price, since all of them seem to love it, and I can tell a difference in my cats' fur already and it has only been several weeks. "I recently adopted a rat terrier/Chihuahua puppy from my local SPCA and THEY recommended that I feed her Blue Buffalo puppy food. She's doing great, is healthy, active, and she loves her food. She's also gaining weight the way she should be. I also have an older, also adopted, terrier mix and his vet recommended a brand I see commercials for constantly. He ended up getting fat and I had to start feeding him "diet" dog food. (He was quite unhappy with that.) Once his weight came down to where it was supposed to be, I started him on Blue Chicken and Brown Rice Adult dog food. "I work in a pet store where we sell Blue Buffalo Dog and Cat food. I had been trying out different holistic/organic dog foods and after talking with our Blue Buffalo rep decided to try the BB dog food. Wow! Was I impressed! Normally you have to give it a few weeks before you start to see the effects a food will have on your dogs system. Within days I saw great results! Sihngin is a Malamute/Shepherd mix with a long full coat that had been shedding an abnormal amount all thru the summer. Within days all the dead shedding hair just seemed to release from her coat and now her shedding is at a reasonable amount. Her coat is beautiful, soft and shiny. Her energy level is that of a happy healthy dog. She has always had a tendency to be overly thin, but since she's been on this food her weight seems healthier. I've had customers at the store that switched to Blue Buffalo say that their overweight dogs seemed to go to a healthy range too! She eats the Blue Buffalo with gusto and I'm fully convinced that it's the best dog food I could have her on. My search for the right food for her is over!! "I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed talking to your representative and how glad I was to have run into her. She did a fantastic job of informing me not only of the wonderful qualities of the Blue food, but taught me how to read the labels and decide for myself what was best for my precious Beemer to eat. "I have 6 weenie dogs and was feeding another brand and then switched to BLUE dog by chance of seeing it in a magazine. It sounded good for my dogs, so gave it a chance and was hooked on it. They don't eat as much, one of my wieners doesn't scratch any more, one of them doesn't have her horrid breath, and I noticed in a week that all their coats were so soft and shiny. "I just wanted to say that I was an avid user of another brand of food, and I thought there wasn't any food that could compare. Boy was I wrong about that. I was feeding my 3 dogs this food along with Pet tabs, and I thought I had the perfect combination. After trying BLUE for about 3 weeks I was able to take my dog Cheyenne completely off of the Pet tabs. I had to give her those to keep her nails strong and healthy. After about three weeks Cheyenne's coat is softer and doesn't shed nearly as much. My other two dogs don't really seem to act any different, but I have noticed all 3 are eating better, and seem to like the food. Rascal has a very sensitive stomach and I was able to change him over to this food without any problems at all with his stomach. Thank You for a great product."

"We have several dogs that have dry, flaky skin. Or vet said it was allergies. I had heard from several different people that a lot of dogs are allergic to corn. "My name is Moosie because the Dr. said I am really big for my age. Mom and Dad, bought me in a pet store because they fell in love with me. I am a stay indoors kitten, due to my parents living in Colorado, they learned the hard way if you love me you can't trust I'd not be hurt. "I recently adopted a 3-yr old Maine Coon Mix who is overweight. Her name is Maggie. I started feeding another brand of food to Maggie and her weight issue was not improving. I recently started feeding her Prescription Diet for weight control which the Vet recommended. Maggie would constantly cry for more food. It got to the point that I didn't know what to do. "I started using your dry dog food about 5 months ago and my dog has really thrived with it. About 6 months ago my Dog had a urine test and they found crystals in her urine. "My two Australian Shepherds are on the second bag of your fish and sweet potato food (red bag), and I am amazed that a food could do what it has done for my older dog especially. Rocky, my 11 year old Aussie, was acting tired and listless, didn't want to play. He has arthritis in his back legs and low thyroid also. On the first bag, I noticed that both of the dog's coats looked better. On the second bag, Rocky was playing, leaping and acting like a puppy again! I was amazed at the difference in his behavior.
